When Should I RSVP By?
We kindly ask that you RSVP by January 1, 2025. To ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably, we need to provide our venue and vendors with an accurate guest count by this date. We’ll send reminders, and we appreciate your prompt response to help us make our day as perfect as possible.
Is valet parking available for guests, and how much does it cost?
Yes, valet parking is available for all wedding guests at a rate of $22. You won’t need to worry about finding parking, as the valet service will be conveniently located at the main entrance of the venue. Look for the clearly marked signs directing you to the valet drop-off area.
Can I Bring A Plus One?
Our wedding is by invitation only, so we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have a plus one, their name will be included when you RSVP. We appreciate your understanding as we need to adhere to our venue’s capacity limits.
Are Kids Welcome?
While we cherish your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event, with the exception of our own children. To stay within the venue’s capacity, we have a strict guest list. We appreciate your understanding and hope this allows you to relax and fully enjoy the evening with us.
What Time Should I Arrive For The Ceremony?
Our wedding will start PROMPTLY at 4:15 pm. Please arrive to the venue NO later than 4:00 pm, this will allow you time to valet park and be seated. The doors will be locked at 4:15. If you arrive after this time, you will have to wait outside and enter after the start of cocktail hour.
What Is The Dress Code?
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. The dress code for our wedding is FORMAL. Women are requested to wear floor length gowns, sophisticated cocktail dresses or dressy separates. Gentlemen are requested to wear a suit and tie or a tuxedo.
Please AVOID wearing white, ivory or cream.
What should I wear to the wedding?
Our dress code is formal, so feel free to dress up in your best attire! While you don’t need to match the wedding colors, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing white and pink. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Can I Record And Take Pictures During The Ceremony?
We are having an unplugged ceremony (NO phones or cameras) the greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present with us as we say “I do.” We have hired professional photographers to capture these moments and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them.
After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like.
